At HokenFi we take the privacy of visitors to this website seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, for what purpose, how long we retain it and how you can exercise your rights.

01Data controller

Unknown Gravity, S.L., owner of HokenFi, is the data controller for the personal data collected through hokenfi.com. Its full details are in the legal notice. For any query regarding this policy, you can write to us at [email protected].

02Data we collect

  • Browsing data: IP address, browser type, device, pages viewed and time spent, collected through analytics cookies.
  • Contact details: name, email, company, type of asset or profile, and message when you fill out a form (contact, guide or partners), and the page you came from and those you visited before contacting us.
  • Proof of your consent: the text you accepted, the date and time, the IP address and the browser, so we can prove you gave it.
  • Technical server data: logs generated by our hosting for security purposes.

03Purposes and legal basis

  • Respond to your request (contact form, partners or a meeting). Basis: performance of pre-contractual measures (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
  • Send you the guide you request. Basis: performance of your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
  • Send you commercial information (product news, events and content), only if you check it on the form. Basis: consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), revocable at any time using the unsubscribe link in each email or by writing to [email protected].
  • Protect the forms against automated submissions and abuse. Basis: legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR).
  • Measure and improve the site through aggregated analytics. Basis: consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), revocable at any time.
  • Comply with legal obligations for accounting, tax and fraud prevention. Basis: legal obligation (art. 6.1.c GDPR).

04Data retention

We keep the data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose and, afterwards, for the applicable legal periods (maximum 6 years for accounting obligations). Analytics data is kept in aggregate for 14 months. Proof of your consent is kept while we process your data and, afterwards, for the period during which liabilities may be claimed.

05Recipients and international transfers

We share data exclusively with data processors necessary to operate the site: the hosting provider; Google Analytics and Google Search Console; Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France), to send you the guide and, if you accept, commercial information; Amazon Web Services (Amazon SES, EU region), for website emails; Cloudflare (Turnstile), to protect the forms; and our CRM, managed by Unknown Gravity. Some may involve transfers outside the EEA; in those cases we apply the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

06Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability at any time by writing to [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) if you consider that your rights have not been addressed.

07Cookies

We use necessary cookies to make the website work and, only if you accept them, statistics cookies (Google Analytics) and advertising cookies (Google Ads). Which ones they are, what they are for and how long they last is in the cookie policy. You can withdraw your consent at any time from “Cookie preferences”, in the footer of each page.

08Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data: HTTPS encryption, access control, backups and periodic review of providers.

09Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect legal, technical or operational changes. The date of the last review appears at the beginning of the document.
