What you ask before choosing a plan.
When do I start paying for the plan?
When you launch your issuance. Before that, you only pay the access fee of 249 € once, while you prepare everything with the law firm, the ESI and the ERIR.
Do unused KYC and KYB expire?
With monthly billing, they accumulate for up to 3 months. With annual billing, you get the full year's KYC and KYB from day one, to use them when you launch your campaign.
What happens if I exceed the verifications?
Nothing is cut off. Each extra verification is charged at your plan's price, which decreases the higher the plan.
Does the founder price stay?
Yes, as long as you maintain the subscription, and also by paying annually. There are 10 spots and the offer closes on December 31, or earlier if they run out.
What does the plan not include?
The fees of the law firm, the ESI and the ERIR. You see them in each offer before signing, and they are paid from the platform.
Can I change plans?
Yes. You can upgrade whenever you want. To downgrade, active issuances that exceed the new plan are paid as an extra issuance.
