Securities are shares, bonds, promissory notes and other transferable securities, and they are registered by the ERIR. The participatory loan is a contract and does not go through the ERIR.

Participatory loan? Any EVM network.
Each contract is direct between the investor and your company, and is recorded as proof. As it does not go through the ERIR, the entry can be on Ethereum, Polygon or any other EVM-compatible network.

Why does the network depend on the ERIR?
Because Ursus-3 Capital only registers securities on the networks it supports and with contracts it has accepted for registration. Without that, it cannot register them.
When will Solana and ISBE be available?
It depends on the ERIR admitting them, and there is no date yet.
What is ISBE?
The Spanish Blockchain Services Infrastructure, a network designed for companies and public administrations and built on Ethereum-compatible technology.
