Each issuance has its own collection account with its own IBAN. Your investors transfer with a reference and the purchase is approved when it matches. Contracts are signed inside, with verified identity. The automated IBAN is included in Scale and Institutional, and in Starter and Growth it costs 150 € per month.

If the reference and amount match, the purchase is approved automatically and their securities are ready to be issued.
If the amount is different, the reference doesn't exist or arrives late, nothing is approved automatically. We notify you and you decide whether to approve it or return the money.
The collection account is opened by an authorized payment provider, in the name of your company. HokenFi does not receive or custody your investors' money.
Signatures that can be verified.
Contracts are signed within the platform, without printing or scanning. And anyone can later verify that the signed document is the same.

- Every step is recorded in a chain of events. If a single byte of the document changes, it is noticeable.

- The final document includes a certificate of how it was signed and the platform's seal.

Which plans include the IBAN account?
The account with IBAN and automatic approval are included in Scale and Institutional. In Starter and Growth they are a plugin for 150 € per month.
Does my investors' money go through HokenFi?
No. The collection account is opened by an authorized payment provider, in the name of your company. HokenFi does not receive or hold funds in custody.
What happens if an investor gets the reference or amount wrong?
The purchase is not approved automatically. We notify you and you decide whether to approve it or return the money.
When do I get the collection account?
You request it as the last step before opening to your investors. You can also request it with the issuance already open.
What is signed within the platform?
The documents they send you to sign, with the identity of the signer verified at that moment.
How do I know a signed document has not been altered?
It includes a certificate of how it was signed and the platform's seal. If anything changes, the seal is no longer valid.
