A securities issuance only opens to investors when the ERIR is connected and, if the law requires it, the ESI has validated the offer. If you finance yourself with a participating loan, there are no securities to register: each investor signs their contract with your company and the platform keeps the register of lenders.

What can the ERIR do from the platform?

Can HokenFi move securities without the ERIR?
For sensitive operations, no. Pausing, freezing, burning or forcing a transfer requires the ERIR's signature, and the contract checks it before executing it.
