These terms of use govern the use of the hokenfi.com website. Accessing and browsing the site implies acceptance of these terms and of the legal notice.
01Purpose and acceptance
These terms govern the use of HokenFi's informational website. They do not govern the contracting of HokenFi's software platform, which is governed by the specific contract that each client may enter into, where applicable.
02Use of the website
The user undertakes to make lawful and diligent use of the site, and in particular to:
- Not to carry out activities contrary to law, morality or public order.
- Not to introduce or disseminate content or programs that may damage the systems of the Owner or third parties.
- Not to attempt to access restricted areas, or alter or manipulate the site.
03Nature of the content
The site contents are informative and educational about tokenization and crypto-assets. They do not constitute legal, tax or investment advice. HokenFi is a software and infrastructure provider and does not provide regulated services (CASP, ESI/EAF, ERIR) or recommend the acquisition of any asset. For an assessment of a specific case, the user must consult a qualified professional and the competent authorities.
04Intellectual and industrial property
All elements of the site are protected by intellectual and industrial property rights owned by the Owner or third parties. Their unauthorized use, beyond personal consultation and citation with attribution, is prohibited.
05Liability and warranties
The Owner strives to ensure that the information is correct and up to date, but does not guarantee the absence of errors or the uninterrupted availability of the site. The Owner is not liable for damages arising from the use of the site or the information contained in it, to the extent permitted by law.

The site contains links to official and third-party sources, for informational purposes. The Owner is not liable for the content of linked sites.

The Owner may modify these terms and the presentation and configuration of the site at any time. The version in force is the one published on this page at any given time.
08Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes shall be submitted to the courts and tribunals of the Owner's domicile, without prejudice to the mandatory forum applicable to consumers.
