What beginners usually ask.
When is an investor verified?
When they click Invest for the first time. Before that, they can create their account and view your market without verifying.
What happens if an investor does not pass verification?
They have up to three attempts. If it is rejected or they exhaust the attempts, it goes to manual review by the team and we notify you.
How many verifications does my plan include?
Starter includes 10 investor verifications and 1 company verification per month; Growth, 25 and 3; Scale, 50 and 5; Institutional, 100 and 10. If you pay monthly, unused ones accumulate for up to 3 months; if you pay annually, you get the whole year's from day one. Additional ones cost from 2.50 € per investor and from 15 € per company. Prices exclude VAT.
And do I, as an issuer, also get verified?
Yes, when you sign up. As an individual or, if you issue with your company, as a company.
Who sees my investors' data?
You see their verification status in your dashboard. Each issuer has its own data space separate from the rest.
