What happens if they do not choose me?

Nothing. You remain visible in the marketplace and can bid on the next compatible request, with no penalty.

How are my fees paid?

The issuer pays on the platform and your fees reach your firm. You have a receipt and tracking for each payment, and you continue issuing your invoice.

Can I work with multiple issuers at once?

What do the ESI and the ERIR do?

The ESI validates the offer when required by law. The ERIR registers the issuance and, if something does not comply, can pause, freeze, or cancel the securities in the registry. They are distinct roles from yours within the same portal.
