02Purpose
hokenfi.com is the website of HokenFi, software for issuing and managing tokenized securities, and it publishes informative content about asset tokenization and its regulatory framework. HokenFi is a software and technology infrastructure provider; neither the site nor the software provides investment services or other regulated services.
03Conditions of access and use
Access to the site is free and does not require prior subscription. The user undertakes to use the site in accordance with the law, this notice and the terms of use, refraining from any use that may damage the site, its contents or third parties.
04Intellectual and industrial property
The site contents (texts, design, logos, trademarks, graphics and code) are owned by the Owner or by third parties that have authorized their use, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property regulations. Their reproduction, distribution or transformation without express authorization is prohibited, except for personal and private use. Quoting excerpts with attribution and a link to the source is permitted.

HokenFi does not provide regulated services: it is not a crypto-asset service provider (CASP), nor an investment services company (ESI/EAF), nor an entity responsible for registration and record-keeping (ERIR). The Owner is not liable for decisions made based on the information on the site.

The site may include links to third-party websites (regulatory sources, public bodies, analyses). The Owner does not control and is not responsible for their contents. The inclusion of a link does not imply recommendation or a relationship with the linked site.
07Data protection
The processing of personal data collected through the site is governed by the Privacy Policy, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Ley Orgánica 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).
08Applicable law and jurisdiction
This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. To resolve any dispute, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of the Owner's domicile, unless consumer law establishes another mandatory forum.
