- An authorized entity (ESI) when the law requires it and an ERIR to register the securities.

Other companies' securities, not without authorization.
With HokenFi you issue securities of your own company. Offering securities of other companies on a professional or habitual basis, whether or not you charge a commission, is a service reserved for authorized entities. Do not set it up without authorization. If your portal offers securities of other companies, including those in your group, review it with your law firm first.

Is it related to Hausera?
No. {n} targets investors. HokenFi does not sell to investors. It is software for companies that want their own platform to issue their securities. It does not reproduce its product or terms.
Will I have an app in the app stores?
No. Your portal is a website with your domain. There is no dedicated app on the App Store or Google Play.
Can I issue through a different company for each project?
Yes. Each company issues its own securities. With the automated billing account, each company pays €199 per month plus a one-time €200 setup fee. If a single portal offers issuances from several companies, including those in your group, check it first with your law firm.
Can I finance a renovation with bonds?
Yes, if the issuance is by the company handling that project. You set the term, interest and guarantees in the issuance document with your law firm.
Do I need a license?
To issue securities of your own company, generally no. Without a prospectus and with advertising to the public, an authorized entity must be involved. If your portal offers securities of other companies, including those in your group, review it beforehand with your law firm.
How much does it cost?
You pay a one-time access fee of €249. Scale costs €1,090 per month and includes the white label. Law firm, ERIR and ESI fees are separate. Prices exclude VAT.
